By registering for this live event, seminar, mentoring or coaching program, or purchasing this educational program, subscription, or product, you signify your acceptance of, and obligation, to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following terms and conditions, you should not register for, or attend, this live event, seminar, mentoring or coaching program, or purchase this educational program, subscription or product.  

Disclaimers: By law Destiny Training Systems, LLC (“DTS”) can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training and products, not your results. Our Live Events, Seminars, Programs, and Products are for your educational, and informational purposes only. As stipulated by law, we make no guarantees that you will do well, achieve any results or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal matters. We do not purport anything we do or teach as a “get rich scheme,” and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples, opinions, and illustrations, and thus should not be considered average earnings, nor exact earnings, nor promises for your actual or future performance. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings or sucessful outcomes/ results, can be used as an indication of your or anyone’s future success or results. Check with your accountant, lawyer or appropriate professional advisor, before acting on this or any information.  

Liability Waiver: You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by registering for or purchasing our Live Events, Seminars, Programs, Subscriptions, or Products, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of your personal or business decisions relating to any information or experience presented or hosted by our company, or our company products or services, and you specifically release Destiny Training Systems, LLC, Scott deMoulin, Dallyce Brisbin, or our representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our live events, seminars, programs, materials, websites, or any services provided prior to or following this program, product or subscription, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or caused by negligence of the Company or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her business and health excluding personal injury or death that may result from the Company’s negligence whilst the buyer has been participating in the Live Event, Seminar, Program, Subscription or Product.  

Pricing and Payment Terms: All pricing on Live Events, Seminars and Programs is for “tuition” only. All food, travel, and accommodations are not included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by Destiny Training Systems, LLC. The client agrees that Destiny Training Systems, LLC and/or their representatives are not responsible for any applicant's travel, hotel, meals or other related expenses, regardless of confirmation or cancellation of any event. Occasionally, a meal or snacks may be provided at these events. In such an event, Destiny Training Systems takes no responsibility for special dietary or allergic requirements if we have not been specifically notified in advance in writing of these.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Destiny Training Systems, LLC, payments terms are “pay in full” prior to the event, unless the attendee has enrolled through an approved payment plan (account must be in good standing prior to attendance). Payments can be made in a single payment, or over an agreed monthly installment plan. Available installment plan(s) will vary based on live event, seminar, program, subscription or product. 

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers: Because of the extensive planning, commitments to vendors and allocation of resources required to facilitate a Destiny Training Systems, LLC event, it is our policy to only issue tuition refunds as follows: When you register for a live event, seminar you have 5 (five) days from the date of enrollment to make a cancellation or request a transfer to a different program date without being charged a transfer fee (loss of revenue), UNLESS your enrollment occurs 0 -45 days prior to the event, in which case, NO REFUND OR TRANSFER CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. No refunds will be issued after 5 (five) days from the date of enrollment. Requests for cancellations or transfers at that point will result in a loss of revenue for Destiny Training Systems, LLC. Because of the limited number of seats in each event or seminar, as well as the limited number of preview opportunities we offer for event registration, we also lose the ability to fill your seat and the revenue of potentially selling the new seat. This policy will be strictly enforced and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Any refunds approved will be delivered in same method the payment was received.  

DTS Cancellation/ Transfer policy offers the following options: After five (5) days, you may transfer* to a different program date for a transfer fee of $20% of your program's full price published tuition per person attending, unless the request for transfer occurs 46 - 60 days prior to the seminar, in which case, a transfer fee of 50% of paid tuition will be assessed. If the request to transfer occurs 0-45 days prior to the seminar, no transfer credit will be issued & tuition will be forfeited. If for any reason the registered client(s) is unable attend the seminar they have registered for, they may find someone else to attend in their place. If your specific event is Engage From Your Stage or Boardroom Experience, because your enrollment for this event is by application only, their ability to attend is subject to approval by Destiny Training Systems. Written notification of that person’s name and contact information must be submitted to Destiny Training Systems, LLC at least 72 hours prior to the start of the seminar or 1st meeting for Boardroom Experience in order to allow time for their application and interview to be processed.

If any products are received in conjunction with the offer, they must first be returned in new, unused condition in order for any refund or credit to be processed. (Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.) Any approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of Destiny Training Systems, LLC’s receipt of the returned products (if required).If you are registering for a mentoring, coaching, extended training program or subscription, please refer to your specific program agreement for any additional agreements specific to your chosen program, such as Wired to Win Mentoring, Boardroom Experience, Executive Coaching, Innermetrix. 

All cancellations and transfer requests must be sent by email to accounting@destinytraining.com. Voicemail and verbal correspondence do not constitute written cancellation notice. If you do not receive a Receipt of Cancellation Request response within 24 hours, call 702-518-8387. Should the client fail to notify Destiny Training Systems, LLC in writing of any changes and not “attend” the event, there will be no refunds, credits or transfers available.

** Live Event and Seminar transfer credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation, regardless of whether the seminar you originally registered for is offered again within this time period. Transfer credits can be used towards a different program if it takes place prior to the expiration of your transfer credits, should the program you originally registered for be discontinued or is not offered again in that time period. 

If the program you are transferring to has a higher fee or tuition, you will be responsible for the difference in addition to the transfer fee. All dates and locations are subject to change without notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee*: If you attend the entire live seminar training event, participate fully in all* segments of the program (*including any pre-program teleconference calls, submission of all fully completed paperwork, questionnaires, submission of completed all daily comment forms each day of the program, etc.) and are not satisfied, you may request a refund on site on the last day. An exit interview will be required and all program-related materials must be returned at that time. No refund requests will be honored after the last day of the event. *This guarantee is not applicable for Wired to Win Mentoring, Boardroom Experience, Innermetrix, SeaDream Cruise, subscriptions or any other product and program offerings.  

These terms and conditions apply to all Live Events, Seminars, Programs, Subscriptions, Products and Services of Destiny Training Systems, LLC:  

I authorize Destiny Training Systems, LLC, Scott deMoulin, Dallyce Brisbin, its corporations to use my success story as a testimonial and further agree to allow the use of my voice, photo, participation, name, company name and likeness captured in any association with this event via photograph, audio or video, however they see fit. I understand and agree that this material may be used for future products and/or marketing without any notification or compensation to me in any form. I waive any right I may have to inspect and/or approve any photographs, audio, or video of myself.  

I agree not to reproduce or describe, lend, sell or rent any of the materials and information shared by Destiny Training Systems, LLC without express written permission. I commit to giving proper credit to Scott deMouin, Dallyce Brisbin, Destiny Training Systems, LLC and agree to honor and maintain compliance with federal copyright laws.  

This agreement is subject to change without notice. Information may be changed or updated without notice. Destiny Training, LLC may also make improvements and/or changes in the seminars, programs, subscriptions, and/ or products, and/ or pricing described or offered at any time without notice.  

BY PURCHASING ANY PROGRAM THROUGH DESTINY TRAINING SYSTEMS LLC, I AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT.
